In Thalheim, paper production is based on a continuous roll machine. Pressboard is produced in neighbouring Zwönitz. Pressboard is used for the insulation of electrotechnical machines and systems. The materials are indispensable for the insulation of generators, transformers and motors, among other things.

About 80 employees work on modern machines and plants on an area of more than 53,000 square metres. All products and services are available to customers worldwide through our global sales team.

Thalheim is located about 25 km south of Chemnitz, the European Capital of Culture 2025, and has a population of just under 6,000. The location follows a centuries-old paper tradition, with paper production documented since 1889.
