With the skills development scheme at Krempel, we support our employees with individual further training measures. This means that we can give those employees who do not yet meet all the requirements for a position the opportunity to develop their skills and grow into the role. This helps us to ensure that we are as well-equipped as possible to take on future challenges ahead.
6 I Best chances of a permanent position for our apprentices
We don’t just train - we hire. Krempel offers a range of commercial and technical apprenticeships at its German sites. Wherever possible, we aim to take on our apprentices as permanent employees after they complete their apprenticeships. This is facilitated by our employee development scheme, which helps us to fill future key positions with in-house talent.
8 I International company
Having an international character is very important to us, and this philosophy is something that determines how we work. Our headquarters is in Vaihingen/Enz in Germany, but Krempel also has additional production facilities in Germany, England, Poland, Brazil and China. Sales companies in Austria, Great Britain, the USA, Thailand and China enhance our global presence and ensure that services can be provided quickly and on-site. This means that we have over 1,100 motivated colleagues all over the world.
