Successful integration and renaming of EIC Insulation Company

Since the acquisition in September 2024, a lot has happened – our new sites in Monterrey now proudly bear the Krempel name.

With the acquisition of EIC Insulation Company in September last year, Krempel took a significant strategic step towards internationalization and strengthening its global footprint. The site in Monterrey, Mexico, has since become an integral part of our corporate group – and the integration is progressing very successfully.

The collaboration with our new local colleagues has been very positive, as has the business development in the region. The dedication and professionalism of our Mexican team are already having an impact – Krempel is now a visible player in the field of advanced materials in Latin America.

Another milestone has now been reached: the legal renaming of the two acquired companies has been successfully completed. For accounting and structural reasons, both companies will remain legally independent but will now carry the Krempel name:

EIC Insulation Company SAPI de CV is now called Krempel Mexico SAPI de CV

ECC Conversion Center SA de CV is now called Krempel Industries Mexico SA de CV

A global presence – one brand

With the renaming of our Mexican site, all Krempel companies worldwide now share the same name. This is a significant step toward a consistent and strong international corporate and brand identity.
