YOUR TASKS
- Project Planning: Independently plan and manage customer and internal projects, ensuring alignment with time, cost, scope, and quality targets.
- Team Leadership: Provide technical leadership to the internal project team for the introduction of new products or changes into series production, acting as the interface between sales, engineering, quality management, quality assurance, production, logistics, and customers.
- Customer Management: Maintain regular customer contact and support the acquisition of new projects.
- Cost Estimation: Prepare cost calculations for tools, components, or assemblies.
- Budget Responsibility: Plan and monitor project budgets and take responsibility for product cost targets.
- Project Coordination: Prepare and follow up on project milestones and team meetings.
- Change Management: Execute technical change management and claim management processes.
- Process Optimization: Implement measures to improve cost efficiency, quality, productivity, and ergonomics.
YOUR PROFILE
- Qualifications: A completed degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience: Several years of successful experience in project management, with expertise in composite components, assemblies, and tooling.
- Knowledge: Knowledge and practical application of project management methods and Lean management tools.
- Software Skills: Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
- Personal Strengths: Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style with a high degree of personal responsibility.
- Language Skills: negotiation-level proficiency in German and English.
