Getting started with a career at Krempel
Whether complex products such as aeroplanes and electric motors or apparently simple products such as light switches or mixers: Did you know that many of these devices and machines wouldn’t work as smoothly if it weren’t for Krempel innovations?
During your apprenticeship at Krempel, you can expect exciting projects, varied work tasks and an attractive training allowance. You’ll get the chance to actively shape not just our future but yours too! You’ll be supported at all times by our trainers and by all of your Krempel colleagues at the various locations.
But we don’t just train - we hire. Wherever possible, we aim to take on our apprentices as permanent employees after they complete their apprenticeships. This is facilitated by our employee development scheme, which helps us to fill future key positions with in-house talent.
