YOUR TASKS
- Revenue Responsibility: Manage order intake and revenue generation within a defined customer and partner portfolio.
- Negotiation Management: Independently plan and conduct acquisition, commercial, and contract negotiations with customers.
- Pricing Strategy: Take responsibility for pricing decisions and profit optimization in close alignment with the Competence Centers and direct manager.
- Market Analysis: Gather and analyze customer, market, and competitor insights to support the expansion of the strategic business area.
- Customer Development: Systematically develop key accounts and maximize market potential.
- Company Representation: Represent the company in customer meetings, at trade fairs, and at other industry events.
- Revenue Planning: Develop and manage annual revenue plans at both customer and product level.
- Order Controlling: Take responsibility for regularly monitoring planned order intake and initiating corrective actions in case of deviations.
YOUR PROFILE
- Qualifications: Completed degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Experience: Experience in international sales, ideally with products in the field of electrical insulation materials and a customer focus within the Energy segment
- Competencies: Strong affinity for technical products
- Personal Strengths: Open, communicative, and persuasive approach when interacting with customers, strong negotiation skills, and an independent and structured way of working
- Willingness to Travel: Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally for at least 50% of working time
- Language Skills: Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
