YOUR TASKS
- Sales Team Leadership: Development, coordination, and leadership of the international Key Account Managers within the Industry sales segment
- Budget Responsibility: Accountability for order intake and profit margins within the sales segment
- Strategy Development: Development and alignment of the sales strategy in collaboration with the VP Global Sales, Business Development, and Competence Centers
- Strategy Execution: Ensuring the successful implementation of the sales strategy across the defined markets
- Customer Management: Expansion of international customer relationships, proactive generation of leads and business opportunities, and representation at trade fairs
- Revenue Planning: Preparation and consolidation of the annual revenue planning for the segment
- Pricing and Profitability Management: Management of pricing, optimization of profitability, and further development of the product portfolio
- Reporting and Performance Management: Regular reporting, monitoring of key performance indicators, and initiation of appropriate corrective actions in case of deviations
YOUR PROFILE
- Qualifications: Completed degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Experience: Several years of professional experience in international technical B2B sales, ideally within the fiber-reinforced composites industry, as well as solid experience in managing and developing business customer relationships
- Leadership Experience: Experience in functional and/or disciplinary leadership
- Personal Strengths: Confident handling of complex contract and pricing negotiations combined with a strong affinity for technical customer requirements
- IT Skills: Good knowledge of SAP
- Willingness to Travel: High degree of flexibility and strong willingness to travel internationally
- Language Skills: Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
